A new teaser trailer for Grey’s Anatomy season 21 featured Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery in a scene with Meredith. Though Sarah Drew, who played April Kepner, wasn’t featured, I think she should be in the season. Jackson also appeared last season for an episode, but April wasn’t there despite also living and working in Boston. The last time viewers saw April, she was with Jackson, so it would make sense for April to appear with him. At the very least, I think Grey’s Anatomy should confirm Jackson and April are still together.
