Grey’s Anatomy has been on TV for a very long time, and as such, many a hot doctor has strolled through the halls of Seattle Grace Mercy West Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Up until now, the big debate had always been McDreamy vs. McSteamy, and don’t get me wrong, it is an important discussion to have.
But let’s be real: Those two have been off the show for a while now, and there are other hot doctors who have taken their place and deserve some recognition. It’s time to reevaluate who really is the hottest of them all. Behold, the new and improved definitive ranking of the top 15 Grey’s Anatomy Mans (Mens? IDK).
15 – ANDREW PERKINS
Starting this list off with a Teddy Altman love interest from way back. Before this guy was playing Nathan on Big Little Lies, he was counseling the doctors at Seattle Grace (or whatever it was called at the time) and looking good doing it.
14 – HENRY BURTON
It really sucks that Henry had to die, but he was cute while he was alive.
13 – SHANE ROSS
Who could forget about Dr. Shane? An underrated character, if you ask me! Probably hanging out with Christina Yang right now, saving the world, shirtless.
12 – OWEN HUNT
Owen had to be on here, okay? He’s a solid guy and he’s solidly attractive. We needed at least one ginger on this list.
11 – ALEX KAREV
Some of you might object to Karev being this low in the rankings, but that whole fight with DeLuca really ruined him for me. I would have left him off the list completely, but he saves babies for a living, so….
10 – ATTICUS “LINK” LINCOLN
Okay, sure, I can’t look at him without saying, “Welcome to the O.C., bitch!” in my head, but Dr. Link is bringing some lovely dimple action to Grey Sloan, and for that, we thank him.
9 – BEN WARREN
Ben Warren! An overall good dude who is also quite cute. That firefighter thing is really working for him, lemme tell ya.
8 – NURSE ELI
Remember that one time Dr. Bailey almost dated a nurse? He was very, very good-looking, and as much as I love Ben Warren, she f*cked up! Look at him! I hope somewhere Nurse Eli is off married to someone equally as pretty as he is.
7 – WILL THORPE
TBH, I don’t even remember who exactly this character was, but he came up as a Google result for “Hot Grey’s Anatomy doctors,” and it would have been an oversight not to include him because…look at him.
6 – NATHAN RIGGS
If you didn’t get reallllllly sad when Megan Hunt came back and Riggs left with her to go live their lives, you’re a cop. He’s hot, and he and Meredith would have been a great couple.
5 – NICO KIM
This kid is fairly new to the show, but he’s bringing a much-needed heat increase to the current cast. I mean, he might be one of the prettiest men I’ve seen in my short 25 years. Fight me! I dare you!
4 – MARK SLOAN
Ugh, Mark Sloan. So hot. Such a hoe. Love him.
3 – DEREK SHEPHERD
Obviously, Derek is the OG Hot Guy of Grey’s, but you can only stan a dead guy for so long. Meredith has moved on, and we should too. That’s why he’s only number three.
2 – JACKSON AVERY
Have you SEEN his beautiful blue EYES? Jackson has been on Grey’s for a while at this point, and frankly, he’s one of the best people on the show because 1) he’s still alive and 2) he can be sassy at times.
1 – ANDREW DELUCA
LISTEN. Listen. I know this is a controversial first choice, but he’s hot!! I don’t know what else to say! He can speak Italian and shit. He was willing to almost go to jail for Meredith. It’s all very chivalrous and sexy! We love it.
